Aviari

I build the software your business can't spec for itself.

AI workflow implementation and custom software for small businesses with no engineering team. One person, discovery through production. Denver, and remote.

Book a workflow teardown One week, ~$1,500, credited against the build.

The problem

You know the part of the week that eats you.

You got a quote that assumed you would hand over a spec, and you have never written one.

How it works

01

One day in your business, watching the actual work.

02

A written spec, with a price and a number attached.

03

Then I build it, and it runs.

What it costs

Workflow teardown

~$1,500  /  one week

A day inside the operation, then a written spec: the workflow, where the time goes, what an agent can actually do rather than assist with, what it costs to build and what it saves.

Pilot build

~$6,000 to ~$12,000  /  two to four weeks

One workflow, in production, used by real staff. Not a demo. Scope is fixed at the teardown and does not move.

Build

~$18,000 to ~$35,000  /  six to twelve weeks

The rest of the system. Only sold after a pilot ships and you have seen the work.

Retained

~$2,000 to ~$4,000  /  per month

I keep it running and keep shipping against whatever comes up next. Month to month.

The teardown is credited against the build. No hourly billing.
